Membership Dues
The 2024 Annual Membership drive is now underway. Membership fees are due by the end of April, 2024. The membership fee for 2024 is $70.
This year, we are offering two methods of paying your membership fee. You can either pay by mailing a check into our PO Box, or you can pay via PayPal. Please select your method of payment.
What Do Dues Go Towards?
Membership dues are collected annually from residents and are put towards landscaping and maintenance, community events, and preserving the entrances of the neighborhood.
Dues are extremely important to maintaining our neighborhood and we ask that everyone contribute in order to keep our neighborhood in good shape which ultimately helps all residents with maintaining the home values.
